Machinery manufacturing company DGCRANE has exported three sets of single girder overhead cranes to an undisclosed client in Kosovo for glass lifting and handling.
The equipment includes two HD 5t single girder overhead cranes and one HD 3t single girder overhead crane.
The contract followed multiple rounds of discussions and quotations between the manufacturer and the client.
The cranes feature NR type low headroom electric wire rope hoists.
One of the 5t cranes has a span of 14.6m with a lifting height of 5.64m, while the other offers an 18m span and a lifting height of 6.5m.
The 3t crane provides a span of 10m and a lifting height of 4.5m.
All units operate on a 380V, 50Hz, three-phase power supply, with lifting speeds of 5.0/0.8m per minute, trolley traversing speeds between 2m and 20m per minute, and crane travelling speeds ranging from 3m to 30m per minute.
DGCRANE said Bridge Trading is now its official agent in Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
DGCRANE manufactures overhead cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes, electric hoists, crane wheels, rope drums, and hooks for clients internationally.
In October, DGCrane delivered a 5t low-headroom electric single girder overhead crane to a customer in Kazakhstan. The equipment featured a 10.8m span and a 5m lifting height, configured to operate within the client’s facility dimensions.
In a separate contract also in the same month, DGCrane supplied two 5t single girder overhead cranes and two 3t adjustable-height gantry cranes to a client in Romania. The order followed technical consultations and a visit to the manufacturer’s factory.
