DGCrane has completed a supply of two 5t single girder overhead cranes and two 3t adjustable-height gantry cranes to a client in Romania following technical discussions and a factory inspection.
The initial contact took place in March 2025, focusing on the company’s LD model single girder overhead cranes and adjustable-height gantry cranes.
The client visited DGCrane’s manufacturing site in July this year to review production capacity, manufacturing processes and the quality control system.
During the July visit the client confirmed an order for two LD single girder overhead cranes.
The cranes each have a 5t capacity, a 9.2m span, pendant control, working duty A3 and a 380V/50Hz/3Ph power supply.
DGCrane manufactured and delivered these two cranes on 25 July 2025.
In August this year, the client placed a repeat order for two adjustable-height gantry cranes.
These gantries have a 3t steel structure capacity and are equipped with two 1.5t electric chain hoists.
Specifications include a 7m span, adjustable lifting height from 2.5m to 5m in 0.5m increments, a lifting speed of 8.8m/min, a hoist travelling speed of 11m/min, individual pendant control for each hoist and one remote controller for synchronized lifting.
The gantries are specified for working duty A3 and a 220V/50Hz/1Ph power supply.
DGCrane shipped the full consignment to Romania by rail.
The company said the deliveries demonstrate its international transport capability and service support and said the transactions reinforced the client’s ongoing confidence in its customised crane solutions and product reliability.
Last month, DGCrane announced the export of a 5t single girder overhead crane, complete with a custom steel support structure, to a client in Uruguay. This marks the latest achievement in its international supply operations.
The crane boasts an 8.1m span and a lifting height of 4.54m, equipped with a 5-tonne Euro-type electric hoist.
It is designed for an A5 work duty cycle and offers both pendant and remote control options.
