Axel Johnson International acquires yet another Aussie business
8 November 2022Hot on the heels of last week’s news that the five Australian lifting and rigging businesses acquired by Axel Johnson International last year have been brought together under its international Certex brand, Axel Johnson International is again making headlines, this time with the acquisition of Dynamic Rigging Hire, a provider of lifting and rigging equipment rental.
Dynamic Rigging Hire is located in Melbourne and will continue to be operated under the leadership of Ross Johnson, the company’s current managing director. The company provides lifting and rigging equipment rental and related services.
When asked whether Dynamic Rigging Hire will also come under the Australian Certex Lifting brand, Axel Johnson International said “there are no plans to rebrand Dynamic Rigging Hire at this point”.
“Becoming part of Axel Johnson International will provide us with an excellent platform for future growth and strengthen our rental service operations. We look forward to growing our business together with the Lifting Solutions group,” said Ross Johnson, general manager, Dynamic Rigging Hire.
Ralf Wiberg, managing director, Lifting Solutions, added: “We are very excited to further enhance our footprint in Australia and expand our operations within the rental market through the addition of Dynamic Rigging Hire.
