Steelcore Engineering has expanded its lifting capabilities at its facility by installing a new overhead crane, bringing the total number of cranes at the location to nine.

The company reports that the equipment is now fully operational following a completed installation process.

Four of these cranes each have a lifting capacity of 45t, which allows the company to handle large and heavy engineering projects within the factory.

The company said: “At Steelcore Engineering, we have recently invested in a new overhead crane, expanding our existing fleet to nine cranes within the factory. The installation was completed smoothly and without issue, and the crane is now fully operational within our facility.

“Four of our overhead cranes have individual lifting capacities of 45t each, enabling us to safely and efficiently handle large-scale, heavy engineering projects.”

Steelcore Engineering provides steelwork fabrication services for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

The company’s workforce consists of fabricators, welders, and engineers who utilise various technologies in their operations.

The business offers tailored steel structure solutions intended to meet project requirements across several sectors.

Steelcore Engineering previously shared that it has obtained Execution Class 4 certification. The certification reflects the company’s operational standards and procedures.
