Crane Check Lifting Services has completed the installation and commissioning of two jib cranes equipped with Liftket hoists for a client.

The company carried out the full mechanical installation of both cranes, installed and configured the hoists, integrated the necessary electrical systems, and conducted load testing to ensure compliance with certification requirements.

Following these procedures, Crane Check Lifting Services completed all commissioning activities and formally handed over the equipment to the client.

Crane Check Lifting Services lifting equipment service engineer Vinny Nolan said: “Great teamwork from start to finish, ensuring everything was installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

“Always proud to be involved in delivery of turnkey lifting solutions and see another job completed successfully.”

Crane Check Lifting Services supplies lifting equipment and fall protection products to clients across the material handling sector, specialising in bespoke crane projects for pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Established in November 2014, Crane Check Lifting Services is based in Ireland and serves as the country’s sole agent for Liftket electric chain hoists, also distributing products from brands such as Kratos Height Safety and Giovenzana Electrical Components.

The company provides turnkey solutions involving the supply, installation, inspection, maintenance, and certification of lifting equipment for a range of industrial clients.

Last month, the company completed the installation and commissioning of two freestanding jib cranes, each with a safe working load of 500kg, for an undisclosed client.

The project involved fitting one crane with a 7m jib arm and the other with a 3.5m jib arm to meet specific customer requirements.

The company’s team carried out the structural setup for both columns and jib arms, then integrated Liftket single-fall electric chain hoists.
