West Yorkshire-based provider D H Lifting & Crane Services has completed the installation of an overhead crane for an undisclosed client.
The company said it used Stahl 5000kg crane kit for the installation.
According to Stahl CraneSystems, it supplies CraneKits designed for suspension, single girder, and double girder overhead travelling cranes. The CraneKit is supplied to customers in a preassembled state.
These kits enable crane manufacturers across different regions to fulfil orders in a cost-effective manner with reduced planning requirements.
D H Lifting & Crane Services managing director Dale Handforth said: “Crane installed using Stahl 5,000kg crane kit Wampfelr XLINE power feed system, great system easy to install and very robust, high quality.”
Manufactured by Conductix-Wampfler, XLINE is an enclosed conductor rail system. It features an “X-arrangement” of sliding contacts designed for stability and rigidity.
