Coulter became the third addition to the Whiting management team already this year, and the fifth in the last three months. Last month (January), John Krummen joined the company as product manager – cranes, and Steven Blackley as sales manager – automative.
In late 2006, Whiting added Brian Shapiro as vice president – business development, and Marilyn Platter as controller.
Whiting Corporation president Jeffrey Kahn said: “All the changes have been made with the marketplace in mind. Every successful company must understand the needs of its potential customers and position itself to service those needs.”
He concluded: “Our recent hires are those who can both understand our customers’ needs and position us to meet them.”
