Lifting and material handling equipment manufacturer Aicrane has completed the installation and commissioning of 100t and 63t double-girder overhead cranes for an undisclosed Russian client.
The project involved delivering the cranes and providing support for their setup, operational testing, and the training of local operators.
According to Aicrane, its engineering team provided on-site assistance throughout both the mechanical installation and the commissioning of the electrical systems.
The support extended to adjusting crane movement and checking safety features to ensure the equipment functioned as per specifications.
Operational testing was conducted to assess the stability and performance of both cranes before they were put into active use.
Aicrane’s staff also delivered hands-on training for operators. This included instruction on using both remote control and cabin-based systems, along with offering guidance on daily operation and maintenance routines.
The company stated that close cooperation with the local team contributed to the successful, safe commissioning of the cranes.
Aicrane said: “With close cooperation between our engineers and the local team, the cranes were successfully put into operation.”
