JASO Industrial Cranes has installed four new overhead cranes at the facilities of CARVISA Container, a member of the Eurocontainer Manufacturer Group, in Remolinos, Zaragoza, Spain.
The project included the delivery and installation of two cranes with a lifting capacity of 32t each, as well as two units rated at 10t.
The implementation was carried out in close collaboration with MONAJ, JASO’s official representative and service partner in Aragón.
MONAJ specialises in sales and maintenance of lifting and load transport equipment, with a focus on overhead cranes and hoists, and serves as JASO’s official distributor in the region.
CARVISA Container operates as part of the Eurocontainer Manufacturer Group and manufactures a range of products, including metal containers, swap bodies, large storage tanks, and specialised transport units.
The company’s facility in Remolinos is dedicated to the design and production of these industrial solutions.
JASO Industrial Cranes, a division of the JASO Group, focuses on the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of industrial cranes, including electric overhead travelling and gantry cranes.
The company reports that since its establishment in 1965, it has delivered over 50,000 cranes to clients in more than 50 countries across five continents.
Headquartered in Spain, JASO employs over 350 people and operates six production sites in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, and India, with a total of 33,500m² of manufacturing space.
The company’s main markets include iron and steel, energy, and general manufacturing sectors.
In addition to this latest installation for CARVISA, JASO continues to serve clients such as the Iberpapel Group, where its cranes are used to support facility maintenance activities.
Last month, JASO Industrial Cranes finished the commissioning and load testing of a 12.5t double-girder crane at Papelera Zicuñaga, a subsidiary of the Iberpapel Group in Spain.
The crane, which has a span of 8.2m, is now in operation and will be utilised for maintenance work at the site.
