UK-based lifting gear and equipment supplier CranePlex has installed a new pillar-mounted slewing jib crane, the Beta 100, at an industrial facility.
The installation aims to support production processes by offering a lifting capacity of 2,500kg and can be seen operating adjacent to the BOLE injection moulding line.
The Beta 100 model allows for 360-degree rotation, enabling movement of heavy parts and moulds, and is noted for its space efficiency due to its pillar configuration.
The crane meets regulatory requirements for the UK market and complies with European manufacturing standards.
The company said: “We are proud to showcase our latest installation at a modern industrial park! Our Beta 100 pillar jib crane is now officially on the job, streamlining operations and enhancing safety on the production floor.”
CranePlex, the provider behind the installation, operates as part of the Mipromet Group and has a history in the lifting equipment industry dating back over 30 years.
The company delivers lifting and material handling equipment, including jib cranes, gantry hoists, and accessories such as lifting clamps, grabs, slings, and outrigger mats.
CranePlex offers both standardised products and tailored lifting solutions, developed by its in-house team, and supports customers with technical expertise and consultancy.
The Beta 100 crane is engineered for use in industrial settings with frequent and demanding lifting tasks. It is available in various configurations and is built to accommodate high-intensity workloads while maintaining operational safety.
