UK-based Rope & Marine Services (RAMS) has completed the preparation and inspection of two new electric chain hoists, which are now set for delivery to customers in Central London.

The electric chain hoists are of the brand Columbus McKinnon, Yale CPEF Electric Chain Hoist and CM Lodestar Electric Chain Hoist.

The company confirmed that both the Yale CPEF and CM Lodestar models have undergone comprehensive checks at its workshop to ensure safety and operational readiness before reaching client sites.

The company said: “This Yale CPEF and CM Lodestar have both undergone a full inspection in our workshop, ready to provide safe, reliable performance on site.”

Operating since 1948, Rope & Marine Services provides lifting equipment hire, sales, testing, repair and manufacturing throughout London and the South East.

The firm serves as a distributor for Columbus McKinnon lifting equipment and maintains a depot offering a range of products from leading brands in the sector.

The company employs experienced engineers who handle all maintenance, examinations, repairs and certification processes at its premises near the Rotherhithe Tunnel.
