Nucleon, a China-based manufacturer of gantry and overhead cranes, has exported a 10-ton single-girder overhead crane to Macedonia.
The Macedonian client needed a reliable crane solution customised to their facility’s specific requirements.
After multiple technical discussions and solution modifications, the client confirmed the order for a European-style single-girder overhead crane.
Nucleon supplied a 10T HD model single girder overhead crane with a capacity of 10 tonnes, a lifting height of 5.5 metres, and a span of 10.75 metres.
It features a dual-speed hoist lifting speed of 5/0.8 m/min and operates on a 380V, 50Hz, three-phase power supply, with control modes including remote and pendant control.
Nucleon, in a LinkedIn post, said: “A customer from Macedonia contacted us with a request for a reliable overhead crane solution tailored to their specific facility needs.
“After several rounds of technical discussions and solution adjustments, the customer confirmed their order for a European-style single girder overhead crane.
“Among numerous suppliers, they selected us for our technical expertise, responsive communication, and transparent service process, laying a strong foundation of trust.”
Last month, Nucleon launched an Explosion Proof Hoist designed for environments with flammable and explosive risks.
The hoist meets international explosion-proof standards such as IECEx, ATEX, and TR CU, ensuring safe operation in explosive gas or dust settings.
It includes an explosion-proof motor, a flame-proof electrical system, and a sealed structure to prevent spark leakage.
Also, Nucleon has shipped a five-tonne European-style single-girder overhead crane to Poland and a 20-tonne double-girder electric overhead crane to Qatar.
The crane sent to Poland has a safe working load of five tonnes, a span of 16 metres, and a lifting height of six metres, operating in Work Class A5.
The crane supplied to Qatar is designed to lift materials in workshops, warehouses, and material yards by spanning the airspace.
