Vacuum lifter for heavy porous blocks
16 December 2008A new, below-the-hook, self-contained vacuum lifter with an electric power station for handling heavy porous blocks and construction materials has been introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
The VPE-1 Vacuum Lifter is designed for handling heavy porous blocks and construction materials weighing up to 4,000lbs and features an oversize vacuum pump with a foam sealed-ring suction pad.
Equipped with a remote pendant and ergonomic handle, the unit is constructed with an all welded steel frame and has parking stands to protect the foam sealing ring suction pad when not in use.
