Snatch block with shackle range adds new sizes
21 November 2023The Green Pin-branded Snatch Block with shackle from lifting equipment manufacturer Royal Van Beest has been upgraded with six new sizes, extending its working load limit coverage from 2.0t up to 125t.
The new sizes offer working load limits (WLL) of 32t, 36t, 54t, 75t, 100t and 125t.
The company says that the snatch block, equipped with a Green Pin Shackle, “ensures smooth, uninterrupted pulls, thanks to its conical roller bearings”, ,and that “the durable coating ensures it withstands harsh conditions”.
With its expanded range, Royal Van Beest added that the Green Pin Snatch Block with shackle is suitable for either light or heavy-duty projects.
As well as Green Pin, other Royal Van Beest brands include Irizar Forge, Heuer Hebetechnik and Sling Supply International. The Netherlands-based business is active in 90 countries, and is a member of various international and national bodies, including the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).
