Motorman sets up in USA

Radio remote control company Tele Radio and its Spanish-speaking distributor Motorman have begun a joint venture in the USA, Tele Man LLC. The joint venture follows the appointment of Motorman as the company’s Spain, Portugal and Andorran dealer a year ago.

This new company will be established in Miami and headed up by Miguel Tellez, previously Motorman export manager. It will focus on searching new dealers in Latin-America and the Caribbean islands for both Tele Radio and Motorman, the company said. It will also “reinforce the situation of Tele Radio in the US and Canada through its dealer Cervis Inc, and create a network of dealers for Motorman in these countries.”

In addition to Tele Radio remote controls, Motorman also sells crane scales, load limiters, end-of-line attachments, lift trucks and other material handling equipment.
