TPL Systèmes has installed an industrial overhead crane at its upcoming plastic injection plant in Sarlat, France.
This crucial step includes a certified load test conducted by Apave, confirming the crane’s capability to handle loads up to 4 tonnes. The crane will facilitate the manoeuvring of heavy moulds and tooling in a workshop designed for high efficiency.
The new plant forms part of TPL Systèmes’ 100% Made in France strategy, aiming for increased agility, control, and innovation to enhance customer service. The facility is set to receive injection moulding machines in September as the next development phase.
Images from the construction site reveal both aerial perspectives and interior views of the workshop, illustrating the project’s progress. TPL Systèmes’ leadership has expressed gratitude to the teams responsible for advancing this initiative.
Since its inception in 1989, TPL Systèmes has focused on manufacturing, distributing, installing, and maintaining professional radiocommunication equipment for emergency services.
The company has established itself as a leader through its production of pagers for POCSAG, FLEX, GPRS, and TETRA networks; complementary embedded equipment for TETRAPOL and TETRA networks; and eDMR digital communication devices for low frequencies (40, 80, and 160 MHz).
