The 6,000 sq ft facility features a 10 US ton overhead crane, a tool string assembly system, a 15ft wet assembly area and a biological water treatment and recirculation system, the report continued.
Testing capabilities include 25,000 pounds per square inch (psi) hydro testing, a fixed pressure test bay and mobile pressure screening.
