M&M Topuzi Group has completed the installation of three 10t crane bridges at a concrete plant and industrial park in Porto Romano, Durrës, Albania.

The newly installed crane bridges, featuring a double girder design and a 20m span, are intended for industrial use at the site managed by DIEL.

The project involved collaboration with Metalogalva, a Portuguese company specialising in metal structures, and utilised systems from ABUS Kransysteme.

DIEL operates both the concrete production facility and industrial park, situated close to Porto Romano’s new cargo port.

The new crane is expected to facilitate industrial processes in this area.

M&M Topuzi Group carried out the installation as the official distributor of ABUS products in Albania.

Metalogalva maintains an established presence in Porto Romano’s industrial area and contributed to the completion of the installation project alongside M&M Topuzi Group and ABUS.

M&M Topuzi Group, which formed an official partnership with ABUS in 2025, supplies crane installations, metal construction, and industrial weighing systems across Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.

Founded in 2009, M&M Topuzi Group relocated its headquarters to the Metallurgical Plant area in 2022 to accommodate expansion.

Its operations include providing laboratory and vehicle scales with capacities up to 120t, verified and calibrated by authorised technicians.

In March, M&M Topuzi Group installed five overhead cranes at the new facility of wood product manufacturer Greenhouse in Pejë, Kosovo.

The company produced these crane units earlier in January, with each crane offering a load capacity of 3.2t and spans between 21m and 22m.
