M&M Topuzi Group has announced the completion of the installation of two overhead cranes at DOAN GLASS’s facility in Elbasan, Albania.
Each crane has a span of 20m, a lifting capacity of 6.3t and a 12m hook path.
The project utilised ABUS Crane Systems equipment, as the Albanian firm acts as an official distributor for the German manufacturer.
M&M Topuzi Group has operated in the Albanian and regional industrial market since 2009, providing services in metal constructions, industrial weighing systems, and crane installations.
The company expanded its portfolio over the years to include distribution of weighing equipment from DINI ARGEO, OHAUS, LAUMAS, COOP BILANCIAI, KELI SENSING TECHNOLOGY and ODECA.
Its product offering includes laboratory and vehicle scales with capacities up to 120t. All equipment is checked and calibrated by accredited technicians.
In 2025, M&M Topuzi Group formalised its partnership with ABUS Crane Systems, distributing and manufacturing cranes in Albania with CE-certified German components in line with European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
The company relocated to new headquarters in the Metallurgical Plant area in 2022, increasing its production and service capabilities.
Operations now extend to Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
M&M Topuzi also supplies a broad range of weighing solutions for industrial, agricultural and logistics sectors, as well as electric and mechanical winches.
The company offers ongoing technical support and ensures its equipment meets relevant certification standards.
Last month, Steel Build announced the delivery of 13 overhead cranes to its new UK fabrication facility.
Supplied by ABUS Crane Systems, the cranes will support material handling across the site and are expected to boost both efficiency and safety in the company’s operations.
