Garage Equipment Direct has supplied and installed an Ascenta 2P-4000CF two-post hoist for a returning customer located in Larapinta, in the southern region of Brisbane, Australia.
The delivery and installation took place last week, marking another project with a repeat client for the workshop equipment provider.
The Ascenta 2P-4000CF, described as a clear floor hoist, allows improved access beneath vehicles by removing the need for a base plate, which can restrict movement.
The company said the design helps technicians manoeuvre transmission jacks, oil drainers, and trolleys more easily while working on vehicles in space-constrained workshops.
The new equipment aims to support the client in carrying out a range of tasks, especially gearbox work that requires unobstructed access under lifted vehicles.
Garage Equipment Direct said the installation services for the project were carried out by Workshop Maintenance Services.
The company said: “Another high-quality install from our friends at Workshop Maintenance Services.”
The 2P-4000CF model features a 4t lifting capacity, direct drive operation, and a single-point lock release.
The hoist also includes automatic arm restraints, and its structure allows for adjustable installation heights, from 3,621mm to 3,821mm, accommodating workshop spaces with restricted headroom.
The company highlights ease of use and maintenance as key aspects of this particular model.
