The square-mounted drum unit can also be mounted on a trolley in four orientations, so that the rope path can emerge from behind, above, in front, and below the hoist. The hoist is sold without electrical controls as a kit or as a complete crane.

When the hoist goes on sale in January, the DR 3, 5, and 10 hoists will have replaced the DH range completely.

In the Pro-Hub system, a frequency inverter measures the slip on the hoist. If the hook is empty, it increases the speed of lifting to return the hook quickly.
