Carl Stahl Evita, the UK-based subsidiary of Carl Stahl, has completed the supply and installation of a 500kg swing jib crane at an undisclosed customer’s workplace.
The company delivered the lifting equipment as part of a tailored solution designed to improve the customer’s handling capabilities and workspace efficiency.
The newly installed crane features a swing jib design with a safe working load of 500kg.
The company said swing jib cranes can allow operators greater flexibility when moving items, while helping to maximise the use of the available area.
The project included on-site assessment of the customer’s lifting requirements, followed by installation managed by Carl Stahl Evita.
The company indicated that its services range from initial evaluation through to the completion of bespoke lifting systems.
The company said: “From assessing the lifting requirements through to installation, our team can provide complete lifting solutions tailored to the customer’s application.”
Carl Stahl, which was founded in 1880 and is based in Germany, specialises in lifting technology and fall protection.
The company operates across 44 locations on three continents, including 22 sites in Germany. Its catalogue comprises more than 10,000 products covering material handling, load lifting and workplace safety.
The company says it can provide customised solutions to meet a range of customer needs.
Last month, Carl Stahl Evita supplied and installed a magnetic lifting beam intended for handling steel workpieces. The system utilises Flaig FX-VV400 permanent lifting magnets and is based on the Flaig FX-LT750 S beam.
According to the company, the solution was developed to support lifting operations involving steel materials of various dimensions. The beam is fitted with two FX-VV400 magnets as part of its configuration.
