ABUS Crane Systems has completed the installation of two ABUS Pillar VS Jib Cranes at Jonesco (Preston) in Lancashire, UK.
The cranes have been introduced at Jonesco’s facility to support the Mould Engineering Team with the handling of tooling, aiming to improve safety and efficiency in the workplace.
The newly installed jib cranes will be used for loading and unloading tools onto a rotational moulding machine measuring 3.5m.
In addition, the equipment will assist machine operators when removing products from the tools following the moulding process.
ABUS Crane Systems said: “A great example of how the right lifting solution can support your project with efficient workstation lifting, helping to keep your operations moving.”
