Capital Cranes & Hoists has completed the installation of a 1t overhead crane system at a client’s workshop.

The new system is designed to support equipment movement, with a hoist integrated for consistent operation.

All elements of the installation adhere to Australian safety standards, according to the company.

The company, which has operated since July 1991, manufactures and supplies a range of material handling equipment from its base in Western Australia.

Its production covers wall-mounted jibs, free-standing post cranes, portal cranes, semi-portal cranes, and standard travelling overhead cranes with capacities from 50kg up to 500t.

All products are assembled in compliance with AS 1418 Crane Code using newly sourced materials. The firm maintains supply partnerships with international firms SWF and Donati.

Its product portfolio also includes hand chain blocks capable of handling loads up to 20,000kg and electric chain hoists suitable for varied operational requirements.

The company provides NOVAex electric wire rope hoists for use in hazardous environments that require compliance with specific safety criteria.

Last month, Capital Cranes & Hoists began installing a 10t overhead crane designed for heavy-duty lifting.

During the same month, Capital Cranes & Hoists began fabricating a 35t double girder overhead crane, enhancing its product lineup.

These cranes are designed for heavy-duty applications, prioritising performance and durability.
