The Contractor shall furnish all labor, plant, material and equipment required to perform, in strict accordance with the requirements of these specifications, all the work necessary to completely rehabilitate the overhead powerhouse bridge cranes. All work shall comply with the latest edition of the USACE Safety and Health Requirements manual, EM 385-1-1. All rehabilitation and design work shall be in accordance with the standards referenced in the section entitled References.
