The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 3204(1) as sited FAR 6.302-1.
Only one responsible source and not other supplies or servies will satisfy the Agency requirements.
Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This RFQ is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the government.
Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the government. No telephone requests.
