Australia-based industrial machinery manufacturing company HES Cranes has handed over a newly installed jib crane and vacuum sheet lifter at a client’s facility, delivering the project on schedule according to the given specifications.

The equipment is intended to support the movement of sheet materials into a laser cutting machine.

The installation was completed in partnership with Vacuum Lifting Australia (VLA), which provided the Victory Titan vacuum sheet lifter for the project.

HES Cranes acted as VLA’s Victorian distributor for the equipment.

The lifting equipment aims to improve the process of handling products safely and efficiently during manufacturing operations.

HES Cranes carried out a timely delivery of the project.

The company said: “The incredible effort from our crew ensured our project was delivered on time, as specified by our customer which is vital for moving their products safely into the laser cutting machine.”

VLA National Sales Manager Kevin Smith said: “Great to see another successful project delivered by HES Cranes, incorporating our VICTORY TITAN vacuum sheet lifter with their jib crane system.

“The combination provides the customer with a complete lifting solution for safely and efficiently handling sheet material into their laser cutting machine.

“Projects like this are a great example of the strong working relationship between HES Cranes and Vacuum Lifting Australia, combining HES Cranes’ expertise in crane systems and installation with our specialist vacuum lifting equipment.”

The firm noted that its team managed all necessary services on-site to achieve a smooth and safe handover.
