Nucleon Crane Group, a Chinese crane manufacturer, has delivered two 10-ton overhead cranes to Kazakhstan.
The cranes, designed for a new factory based on the client’s specifications, feature a span of 19m and a lifting height of 9m, with a travelling length of 45m.
The production process took 30 days, after which the cranes were dispatched from the company’s facility to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The single-girder overhead crane, used in conjunction with CD1 or MD1 model electric hoists, is a light-duty crane suitable for capacities ranging from 1 ton to 32 tons and spans between 7.5m and 31.5m.
It is commonly employed in plants, warehouses, and material stock areas for lifting goods. However, it is not intended for use in environments that are combustible, explosive, or corrosive.
The crane offers two operational methods: ground control or an operational room, which can be either open or closed and installed on the left or right side as required.
Additionally, there are two entry gate options—side or end—to meet user preferences under varying conditions, said the Chinese crane manufacturer.
Last month, Nucleon Crane Group delivered a 20-ton double-girder electric overhead crane to a newly constructed warehouse in Qatar.
Designed for material handling in workshops, warehouses, and material yards, this crane features a structure consisting of two main beams and end beams, which are rigidly connected. Wheels at both ends of the end beams enable the bridge frame to operate on a viaduct.
The main beams are equipped with tracks to facilitate the movement of the hoisting trolley. This LH Double Girder Overhead Crane has a lifting height of 10m and a span of 13m. It is controlled via a wireless remote and classified under the M4 working class.
The main beam structure is available in various types, including box-shaped, four-truss, and hollow truss structures.
