FL Structure used 50 SM5 electric chain hoists from the Stagemaker range, around 100 CHD manual travelling trolleys and a number of CHV motorised trolleys at the Zénith in Amiens. Prewiring for light and sound equipment reduces the time needed to prepare the hall for concerts, as well as allowing it to change layout depending on the show.
Designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, the hall is intended to be a multi-shape facility and seat between 5,000 and 10,000 people. It has a modular stage and employs the latest technologies to maximise its versatility.
The Verlinde chain hoists and trolleys are being used to move stage equipment and animate the stage area, including operations such as moving sets and opening and closing curtains.
