SODILEVE has completed the installation of a new fixed gantry crane equipped with an electric hoist and a VX motorised trolley from VERLINDE Lifting Equipment on a bottling line.

The system will support bottle layer depalletising operations.

In addition, SODILEVE has installed a wall-mounted jib crane, also provided by VERLINDE, for maintenance tasks in a confined workspace.

The company reports that the wall-mounted jib crane is suited to environments where floor space is limited.

SODILEVE provides installation and maintenance services for lifting, elevation and ergonomic equipment across various sectors.

SODILEVE manager Jean Guichard said: “Thank you to our customers for their trust and to my team who roll up their sleeves to ensure deadlines and the smooth running of the sites.”

Over the past decade, the firm has served small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger industrial clients in industries such as automotive, agri-food, wood, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial manufacturing, building and construction.

Its services include supplying lifting equipment designed for heavy loads, compliance with safety regulations during installation, and maintenance work on equipment from different manufacturers.

SODILEVE has reported several equipment installations at the start of 2026.

The company replaced a 3,000kg Elephant hoist on a customer’s gantry crane with a VR16 hoist from VERLINDE Lifting Equipment.

In addition, SODILEVE installed a 1,600kg suspension bridge component supplied by VERLINDE to replace an outdated bridge in the maintenance workshop of a factory located in Charente.

The firm also commissioned a 5,000kg laying bridge from VERLINDE at one of its longstanding clients in the department of Charente, following installation in late December of 2025.

Furthermore, SODILEVE fitted an outdoor jib crane equipped with a manual chain hoist from COMEGE for a local customer.
