SODILEVE has completed the installation of two jib cranes as part of its ongoing provision of lifting solutions for industrial applications.
The company installed a 250kg lightweight jib crane, designed for parts transfer, and a 3,200kg inverted motorised jib crane intended for mechanical maintenance tasks.
Both cranes utilise VERLINDE Lifting Equipment hoists, with options for manual or motorised steering to ensure operational efficiency.
The three principal movements of the larger crane are motorised, which SODILEVE states enhances the safety and ease of load handling for operators.
The newly installed equipment is intended to support a wide range of lifting requirements within various sectors.
Based in Western France, SODILEVE specialises in the installation and maintenance of lifting, elevation, and ergonomic systems.
Over the past decade, it has provided services to clients across multiple industries including automotive, agri-food, wood processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial manufacturing, building and construction.
SODILEVE operates as part of the SM3I group, which was established in 2013.
SM3I’s expertise covers trading, service provision, material handling, storage solutions, ergonomic systems, outsourcing and industrial metalwork.
Last month, SODILEVE installed a fixed gantry crane featuring an electric hoist and a VX motorised trolley from VERLINDE Lifting Equipment on a bottling line. The equipment will be used to assist with bottle layer depalletising processes.
