RGM Cranes UK has delivered and installed a 10t double girder crane for a manufacturer in South Yorkshire, England.
The client required a replacement when their existing overhead crane was condemned without warning, prompting a rapid response to minimise operational disruption.
After the installation, the client resumed normal operations on site.
RGM Cranes UK supplied the new crane with a 15m span and managed the entire process, covering procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, within approximately two weeks.
The swift delivery allowed the client to continue production with minimal interruption.
The company said: “When a customer in South Yorkshire faced the unexpected condemnation of their overhead crane, getting production back up and running quickly was the priority.
“A fast turnaround on a critical piece of lifting equipment is exactly the kind of challenge our team is built for.”
