Monday, January 16, 2012 The US Port of West Sacramento has bought a new Liebherr LHM 420 mobile harbour crane to enable it to handle intermodal containers for import and export beginning 2012.
Two Kalmar STS cranes shipped to Colombia
Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Jumbo Shipping transported two immense Kalmar Ship-To-Shore cranes, and seven Kalmar E-One2 Zero Emission RTGs, from Taicang, China to Cartagena, Colombia for Cargotec on its vessel, Jumbo Javelin. The cranes were bound for the port of Cartagena.

CMCO closing North American sites as it tightens its belt
Thursday, May 21, 2009 US materials handling products and services giant Columbus McKinnon Corporation (CMCO) recorded a “rapid and substantial” downturn in its results during its fourth quarter to 31 March. As a result CMCO is restructuring its North American hoist and rigging manufacturing facilities, which will see it close two sites and “significantly downsizing a third”.
