One-hand load manipulation
3 June 2009The Profi Manipulator has a capacity of 250kg at 6 bar air pressure and is suited to lifting, lowering, positioning and manual traversing, when coupled with an overhead trolley, said JD Neuhaus.
A hand controller is permanently fitted adjacent to the lifting hook, making accurate and safe handling one of the key benefits of the unit. “[It is] ideally suited for where loads need to be moved with precision, positioned with accuracy and otherwise handled in total safety,” said JD Neuhaus.
It is equipped with an infinitely variable lift/lower speed control, an integrated emergency stop and a load chain and hooks rated at five times the nominal load. The Manipulator hoist is also Ex-rated, making it suitable for operation in a range of hazardous areas and suited for application in foundries, sawmills and other areas where the ignition risks must be extinguished.
