Chinese crane manufacturer Nucleon Cranes has announced the completion of the production of 10-ton overhead cranes.
The 10-ton overhead cranes, with a span of 20.8 metres and a lifting height of six metres, are designed for a working duty of A5, with a hoist lifting speed of 5/0.8 metres per minute.
The cranes operate at a voltage of 400 volts, 50 hertz, and four phases, with a travelling length of 100 metres.
Also, the company announced that a delegation of clients from Libya visited the company’s factory to inspect the cranes.
The Libyan clients toured Nucleon’s production facilities, including the European-style Hoist Workshop, Single-Girder Workshop, Double-Girder Workshop, and Electrical Workshop.
Nucleon said the clients expressed satisfaction with the manufacturing processes and the quality of the products.
Nucleon Cranes, in a LinkedIn post, said: “The Libyan customer visited our factory.
“They visited key workshops including our European-style Hoist Workshop, Single-Girder Workshop, Double-Girder Workshop, and Electrical Workshop.
“Throughout the tour, the clients expressed great satisfaction with our advanced manufacturing processes and high-quality products.”
Recently, Nucleon Crane delivered a 10-ton single-girder overhead crane and a 5-ton overhead crane to Maputo Port in Mozambique.
The cranes were tailored to meet the architectural specifications of a new factory building and will be used to lift equipment weighing eight tons and three tons, respectively.
The new workshop in Mozambique measures 20 metres by 50 metres, with a span of 18.5 metres and a lifting height of eight metres.
The cranes are equipped with remote control systems to enhance operational efficiency.
The LDA electric single-beam crane, selected by the Mozambican client, is a light-duty lifting machine suitable for capacities ranging from one ton to 20 tons.
