Nucleon Crane, a China-based manufacturer of gantry and overhead cranes, has unveiled its single-girder overhead bridge crane with a hoist, designed to meet the demands of low workshops while offering high lifting capabilities.
The crane is engineered to optimise factory space and investment, adhering to international standards such as DIN (Germany), FEM (Europe), and ISO. Its unique travelling structure makes it a viable option for various material handling needs.
The HD single-girder overhead bridge crane with hoist is versatile and suitable for use across multiple industries, including machinery manufacturing, logistics, food production, and electronics.
It features an M5 working-class lifting hoist with dual lifting speeds, powered by an ABM German motor. The travelling motor incorporates SEW European brand technology, offering variable speeds for cross and long travel.
Electric components from Siemens ensure reliability, with a protection class rated at IP 54. The crane’s working class reaches A5/M5 under ISO standards.
Key features of the crane include its overhead travel on a steel structure, making it ideal for heavy-duty operations from A5 to A82. Its lightweight design can reduce steel structure costs.
The crane offers precise lifting and travelling, controlled by a VVF/frequency inverter with 3-5 operational speeds for stable performance.
It operates in six directions, ensuring a wide working area. Safety systems are comprehensive, including weight overload protection, emergency stop, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and limit switches for both long and cross travelling.
Recently, the company dispatched a 10-ton single-girder overhead crane to Macedonia. The client in Macedonia required a dependable crane solution tailored to the unique specifications of their facility.
Following several technical consultations and adjustments to the proposed solutions, the client finalised their order for a European-style single-girder overhead crane. Nucleon delivered an HD model single-girder overhead crane, featuring a 10-ton capacity, a lifting height of 5.5m, and a span of 10.75m.
