The NEMA 1-rated HBC series features a standardised design that includes a Hitachi SJ200 series inverter for the bridge axis, and a lockable through-door disconnect with either fusing or circuit breaker; fusible, touch-safe branch protection; a control power transformer; a main contactor rated to match the disconnect; a brake contactor; and an internally mounted dynamic braking resistor for the bridge inverter.
The panel also provides power for the hoist and traverse axis, with individual motor overloads. Bridge inverter ratings range from 1hp up to 10hp, and power supply ratings from 30A to 100A for the hoist and trolley controls.
Hitachi added that the standard model is highly configurable for custom requirements, and is available with NEMA 3R, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12 and NEMA 13 enclosures.
