The BrakeMD program covers Magnetek’s entire range of Mondel brakes. Customers will receive a repair quote directly over the telephone, with repair work carried out at Magnetek’s facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, or Mississauga, Ontario.
The BrakeMD support team will completely disassemble the brake and inspect all parts for wear and damage. All worn or damaged parts will be replaced, and the brake will be reassembled using all new assembly hardware and factory original parts. The brake will be thoroughly tested and recertified to original specifications, and a one-year warranty on all brake repairs is included.
