UAE-based crane manufacturer Lootah Lemmens has delivered and installed a 10-ton overhead crane at a metal production facility in the Emirates.

The project features a double girder overhead crane with a 10-ton safe working load capacity, specifically tailored for internal logistics and material handling within the facility.
Equipped with a Tele Radio remote control system, the crane ensures precise and safe operation, allowing operators to manage movements from a safe distance, reducing risks.
Double girder overhead cranes offer maximum stability and optimised headroom, making them ideal for facilities with low ceilings.
The cranes are built for intensive industrial use, providing a long lifespan and reliable performance for lifting heavy components like steel plates and structural beams.
The Tele Radio remote control system enhances safety and efficiency by enabling remote operation, precise control with stepless speed adjustments, and anti-interference technology.
Its emergency stop function enables immediate shutdown during unexpected incidents.
The cranes are made of high-quality materials, and their installation was completed by a skilled team within a strict timeline, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s production.
The process involved mounting the double girders, installing the trolley and KITO hoist unit, configuring control systems, and conducting load testing and functional checks.
Operators received hands-on training for safe and efficient crane usage.
To ensure long-term reliability, the crane is covered by a five-year maintenance contract.
It includes annual inspections in line with international standards, preventive maintenance, rapid response for emergency breakdowns, and spare parts to reduce potential downtime.
