Now in its fourth year, the exhibition is specifically targeted at the lifting gear industry. LEEA’s AGM and dinner/dance will follow that afternoon/evening.

The exhibition will be open from 09.00-14.00. Refreshments will be available in the bar area of the exhibition hall.

Visitor entrance is free of charge and open to trade and end users. Exhibitors are encouraged to invite existing and potential customers. Invitations will be provided for this purpose and can be printed from the LEEA website.

It will be the first LiftEx since LEEA named Geoff Holden as its chief executive designate. After 30 years service with LEEA, current chief executive Derrick Bailes is stepping down from the post in December, but will continue to work for the association on a part-time basis in a number of other roles.

Holden has worked in the overhead lifting industry since 1976 and joins LEEA from Spanset UK Ltd., where he was sales manager for height safety products. With an honours degree in metallurgy, his professional experience spans a range of senior research, sales, and business management roles, in companies that include Certex, Liftex and Bridon Ropes.
