Its invoiced sales were on target and 2008 has started with a healthy backlog with more than 50% of projected turnover already to hand.
Managing director Gordon Adie said: “We finished the year having invested over £0.5million in our East Kilbride offices and factory with new computer design capabilities and increased capacity in the factory.”
Power, waste to energy and general industry, where the larger heavy duty cranes excel, contributed most notably. “The smaller standard crane market held its own with little growth on the previous year,” it concluded.
