The 100% acquisition marks a generational shift in leadership as managing director Amanda Gardiner is also Pickersgill’s daughter.

The company has plans for further growth and investment, including further development of the Multisec lifting equipment range, providing successful engineered projects to support the offshore wind, oil and gas, rail and construction industries, and further investment in testing capabilities.
