Donati Sollevamenti has entered into a new partnership with AEMME Skyline, appointing the latter as its sales agency for Central Europe and the UK.
The Italian lifting equipment manufacturer, in a LinkedIn post, said: “We are excited to announce our partnership with AEMME Skyline SA, a new sales agency that will represent us in Central Europe and the UK.”
AEMME Skyline founding partner Marco Bertelli is expected to play a key role in this new collaboration. Donati Sollevamenti stated that Bertelli brings long-standing experience in the lifting industry, gained across different sectors and applications, to support its growth outside Italy.
The agreement expands Donati Sollevamenti’s sales network across Europe. The company has highlighted the partnership as part of its ongoing efforts to provide equipment solutions and support services for industrial customers in varied markets.
Founded in 1930 in the Varese area, Donati Sollevamenti produces electric chain and rope hoists, jib cranes, bridge cranes and modular lifting components for industrial use. Its products are designed for applications in manufacturing and distribution sectors, with spare parts and after-sales services forming part of its customer support structure.
The business became part of the Konecranes Group in 2017, extending its international reach in the lifting industry. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications covering quality management, environmental standards and workplace safety.
In 2021, Donati Sollevamenti introduced the GRL jib crane, which features 360° continuous rotation, a load capacity of 2,000kg and a maximum outreach of 7m.
