China-based crane manufacturer and exporter DGCrane has delivered 5-ton electric single girder overhead crane kits to Kyrgyzstan.
The crane kits, with an electric wire rope hoist, have a span of 11m and a lifting height of 6m.
The delivery highlights DGCrane’s capability in the Central Asian market, emphasising its product reliability and service efficiency.
The project started with an inquiry from a Kyrgyzstan-based customer in February 2024.
Within a month, the order was confirmed after the customer reviewed DGCrane’s quotation and recognised their strong reputation in Central Asia.
The decision was influenced by the company’s proven product quality and service.
DGCrane encountered several challenges during the project, including a tight delivery schedule and the need for high packaging and transportation standards.
In addition, the customer required local references to ensure the product’s reliability and the company’s service capability in the region.
To address the challenges, DGCrane has optimised production planning and completed the crane kit production in 20 days.
The company has packed the end beams on pallets for easy handling, while securing the electric hoist and control box in plywood crates for protection.
Also, DGCrane sealed the electrical accessories with waterproof fabric to prevent weather-related damage during transit.
The customer, when placing the order, said: “Your product quality is very good, and you have many successful cases in our region. That’s why we trust you and decided to work with you.”
DGCrane, in a LinkedIn post, said: “The goods have now been successfully delivered to the customer’s appointed agent in China.
