Chinese crane manufacturer Henan Dafang Crane has exported two five-ton HD European single girder overhead cranes to a Romanian client.

The cranes, tailored to the client’s specifications, are intended for use in newly constructed workshops for steel structure production.

The first crane features a span of 14m and a lifting height of 8m, and the second a span of 17.6m and a lifting height of 6m.

Both cranes were designed after careful assessment of the workshop dimensions, ensuring optimal integration with the client’s facilities.

Throughout the production process, Dafang maintained regular communication with the Romanian client, providing updates and photos to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

The client expressed high satisfaction with the service and product quality, highlighting Dafang’s dedication to customer service, said Dafang.

Dafang Crane, in a LinkedIn post, said: “Our customer from Romania built two new workshops for steel structure production and purchased two overhead cranes to support his operations.

“After reviewing the dimensions of his workshops, our engineers provided customised overhead crane designs tailored to the specific layout.”

The delivery to Romania follows a previous shipment to Brunei, where Dafang supplied a 10-ton single girder overhead crane and two steel structure workshops.

The Brunei crane featured a span of 20.3m and a lifting height of 9m, designed to meet specific client requirements.

The Brunei shipment included a production workshop measuring 51,000mm in length, 21,300mm in width, and 11,600mm in height, equipped with a 10-ton overhead crane.

In addition, a storage workshop was provided, measuring 36,000mm in length, 26,000mm in width, and 8,800mm in height, featuring essential structural elements but no crane.

Both workshops in Brunei were designed to align with the client’s operational needs, with the crane custom-fitted to the workshop’s specifications, ensuring seamless integration.
