China-based crane manufacturer Henan Dafang Heavy Machine (Dafang Crane) has exported three sets of double-girder overhead cranes to Thailand.
The cranes exported to Thailand, with different lifting capacities, are designed to enhance operational efficiency in diverse industrial applications.
They have capacities of 10 tons plus 10 tons plus three tons, and 15 tons plus 15 tons plus three tons, and a span of 18.9m and lift heights of 8.45m and 10.55m.
The cranes operate at lift speeds of 3.5m per minute, 7m per minute, and 8m per minute, with a trolley travel speed of 20m per minute and a crane travel speed of 20m per minute.
Dafang’s double girder cranes comprise a pendant and remote-control model, operating at a work grade of A3 and powered by a 380-volt, 50-hertz, three-phase AC supply.
They can be used in automobile manufacturing and mechanical processing sectors, where they handle and install heavy equipment and large parts to improve production efficiency.
In logistics and warehousing, these cranes facilitate the loading, unloading, stacking, and sorting of goods, optimising storage space utilisation and ensuring efficient operations.
In the construction industry, they transport building materials and install heavy machinery, providing high-precision performance and ensuring project progress and safety.
Key features of the crane type include high-efficiency performance through advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which enables smooth start and stop.
Based on their compact design, the cranes are suitable for factory environments with limited space, and their flexible operation adapts to complex working conditions.
They are also known for their strong durability, with key components made from high-strength materials offering excellent corrosion resistance.
Last month, Dafang Crane fulfilled a repeat order for various crane components for a long-term partner in Vietnam.
The order included a QD 100/20 ton trolley, an MD 5 tonne monorail hoist, a 3kW crane travelling gearmotor, and LD500 crane travelling wheel blocks.
