Lepine has 26 years of experience in the industry, having held various positions with Caterpillar in Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Russia, USA and the UK. He is currently the general manager of Caterpillar France in Grenoble. His deputy chairmen for the next two years are Christian Stryffeler, executive vice-president for the machine division of Ammann and Giampiero Biglia, business director at CNH Industrial.
CECE is an organisation of 14 European national associations representing construction equipment companies with EUR 25bn (USD 34bn) of sales and 130,000 employees.
