Thursday, March 10, 2011 E.ON UK has been using power and automation systems equipment manufacturer ABB’s products to upgrade its coal unloading operations at one of its coal importing dockside facilities in Liverpool.ABB’s automated solution provider in the region, JMS Automation and Drives of Birkenhead, were brought in to upgrade two ship unloaders and provide real-time stockyard monitoring.
