He met with DavyMarkham managing director Kevin Parkin, chairman Ian Forbes and Garry Wilson of Endless LLP, which backed a management buyout last year. He also took timeout to chat with young workers enrolled on DavyMarkham’s recently reinstated apprenticeship scheme.
DavyMarkham has made a number of high-profile appointments to its management team and agreed a multi million dollar contract to supply hoists and associated electrical drives and controls to Canadian gold miner IAMGOLD Corp.
