Josef Brunnhuber Maschinenfabrik

German crane manufacturer Josef Brunnhuber Maschinenfabrik has delivered this crane to a Siemens turbine factory in Otahuhu, near Auckland, in New Zealand.

The crane has a 28m span and has twin hoists. For heavy lifting, a maximum weight of 370t can be lifted at 1m per minute and 140t at 1.7m per minute. The smaller hoist lifts 16t at 8m per minute and 2t at 10m per minute. Built by Brunnhuber in Augsburg, the crane was shipped to New Zealand out of Rotterdam.
